Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
CHARLTON BROWN®
Do you have work experience in your field of work but are missing the piece of paper? Perhaps RPL is for you!
CHARLTON BROWN®’s RPL program provides community service professionals the opportunity to gain formal recognition of the skills they have acquired working in the industry. The RPL process involves a consultation with a AUSFIL HEALTH CARE INSTITUTE® Trainer to assess the student’s knowledge base. Students are also required to supply evidence to support their industry experience, such as resume and written references.
Depending on the level of experience and evidence supplied, students may be issued with a full qualification or a statement of attainment (partial qualification).
The Investing in Experience Program This program invites is perfect for employers who wish to have the trade relevant skills of their mature age workers (aged 50 years and over) assessed and formerly recognised. Grants of up to $4400 are available.
